Henderson Nevada is an amazing place!  There are several areas of the city,
one is way to the South on your way to Boulder City Nevada or the Hoover Dam, this part of Henderson is older and encompasses the Henderson City Hall, and Water Street which hosts various events throughout the year such as a farmers market and a Saint Patricks Day parade and fest.



There are many new subdivisions and shopping centers mingled in this area, but in
Real Estate we consider this Old Henderson.  The newer parts of this area are
referred to as Mission HIlls, Palm Hills, etc.



There are several areas of Henderson that are master planned such as Green Valley. There is an older Green Valley and a newer area called Green Valley Ranch.  You will find tree lined streets and upscale shopping like The District and the upscale Green Valley Ranch resort in this area.  It reminds me of California with the look and appeal.  If you are planning to move to Las Vegas, this is a great choice of area so consider searching Henderson NV Homes



Anthem in Henderson (89052) boasts a guard gated country club with a golf
course, country club, restaurant and tons of jogging trails. You will often find gated
homes within gated communities inside the guard gated Anthem Country Club community.  Another great community in the area is Seven Hills.  You will find everything from upscale apartments to affordable condos to multi-million dollar homes all set in a rolling hills type of master plan with parks galore.



Green Valley Ranch overall is know for its convenience oriented design.  Each
neighborhood is close to multiple choices of dining, grocery stores, churches, private and public schools, and there is a city park practically every few blocks. 
Not to mention jogging trails, dog friendly parks, social events and clubs, where do I stop?
